CMMI Process Initial Setup

Hello Friends,
How much time does it take for a medium sized organisation (of people varying from 100 to 500) to set up the initial set of processes & what are the steps followed?

Your question is around the process implementation. I assume you are asking how much time it takes to become level 2 in CMMI. The steps would be , what is required to go from level 1 to level 2 .
As for the time , will have to check .
