Hello Friends,

Fillowings are March 2006 CSQA Questions:

1. Metrics for reliability, usability, maintainability, security.
2. Design a mentoring program to transfer knowledge from seniors to juniors.
3. Cause-&-effect diagram for customer satisfaction.
4. Benchmarking - definition. what should be done before that?
5. Sample Control charts of 2 projects were given - one with defect rates within control limit - other outside control limits. Explain.
6. Software contracted outside. Failure reasons and mitigation plans.
7. People Management Capability Model.
8. Steps for security baseline.
9. Describe a customer satisfaction program.
10. Process Improvement Team - a) who are the members. b) what are their responsibilities.

I wnated to know the answers of these questions.

Please let me know the answers to these questions also suggest book or study material to answer these type of questions....
