Questions like these are mainly to be answered from experience or process you use in your company.

Here you can list some tasks like

  • Make a list of all the activities done by the person.
  • Make a list of all the trainings needed by Junior member.
  • Make a list of all the SME knowledge or application knowledge transfer (KT) to be done by the Senior member.
  • Make a list of all documentation needed. Senior team member will help that.
  • Prepare a plan based on the above. Put Start and End dates in concurrence with Team.
  • Check the progress weekly.

Its best to use a template for KT. If a template does not exist then prepare one while doing this activity. Submit the template to your process asset library so other teams can benefit.

This is only a sample, the answer will vary depending upon the context.
