How does JIT fits in IT industry , need explanation?
Especially if some one could explain these followings:
- Systems development and maintenance tasks become driven when the user of an internal or external product or service needs them. Programs would not be developed before they are needed for test or production. - Systems analysts and programmers would not be given information and documents to store until they need them.

I would like to ask, I am planning to give CSTE in this june ,So do you prefer that i should have any book or can you suggest any name of the book or can u refer any study materail for this.

This is a very common question and the differences are many. Key points need to be touched upon.
The attached document has lot of details, Carefully extract some points for exam.

On the subsection "Listening", it's trying to explain how important Listening and listening skills are. However why all of a sudden there's a sentence saying "oral communication is rated as the #1 skill for a QA analysis" ... i thought we're talking about listening there yet it says verbal skills is the most important.
Any clue?
