Historical data shows what were the issues in past, it can show how some process problems were dealt in the past.
For CSQA exam, you have to assume that your company has historical information.
Using historical data, you may be able to relate your current process problems with what occured in past. If so you can use that to suggest or implement process improvement
You can also track the effectiveness of the implementation if it exists in historical data.
Thanks

Submitted by admin on May 8, 2007 - 7:36pm.Lets take an example of risk management , there are few risks that were not identified and documented during Risk Management phase . Then in development phase or so the risk occurs and afterwards you realize that this had to be identified in the begenning itself and this is some kind of lessons learnt. Can we document this "Lesson's Learnt "???
