I need study material on CSTE.

I'm based in Bangalore and am appearing for CSTE this quarter. I require the material which will be given at the time of training i.e the mocktests, questions and answers etc and the latest CBOK2008. Could any one help me in getting the above. I'm also ready to purchase the same.
