Hi Ganeshg
You will find lot of study materials on this site. Read the QA articles section, New to CSQA .... , this will give you insight into the csqa exam.
As for the training institutes, you don't really need formal training for this exam, if you are doing Quality related work in you job. This exam is taken by very few people and it will be difficuilt to find one. You can search in google to start with.
Generally CBOK, materials on this site and other mailing lists on internet should be enough for you to get through.
