They are currently looking for the following position to be filled ASAP.

1. QA Lead - Automation (Performance Testing)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Performance / Load / Volume / Regression test automation team; Take ownership of projects
Implement the test automation tools for Performance / Load / Volume / Regression testing
Design and maintain Performance / Load / Volume / Regression test automation suite
Planning and executing automated scripts, defect tracking/management
Resolve issues of test scope, approach and execution as they arise
Should be able to take care of all aspects of project with minimal support
Coordinate all project related meetings
Review deliverables and ensure quality of deliverables
Understand and disseminate Business and Technical knowledge
Facilitate in implementing and sustaining SQA processes
Assist Project Manager in project management, metrics management and facilitate in project delivery with Quality
Report testing progress/metrics to Project Managers; Consults with business owners
Recommends improvements in test automation to get maximum ROI
Guide team members in walk-through sessions and team meetings, Mentor junior testers

Years of Experience: 6-7 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduation or B.Tech./M.Sc/Graduation in Computer Science/Applications or related fields (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). Additional industry certification in Testing will be a plus.
Strong hands-on experience in leading Performance test automation projects
Proficient in Performance / Load / Volume / Regression Test Automation
Hands-on experience in writing, trouble-shooting and executing test scripts
Strong knowledge of automated tools like Mercury Load Runner, Test Director/Quality Center tools
Good working knowledge of SQL & Unix.
Must have led team in at least one/two project(s) with complete SDLC.
Experience in preparing Load test plans and administering defect management tasks
Good understanding of various testing methodologies, test metrics collection and analysis
Experienced in reviewing various test artifacts
Should have worked in an onshore-offshore project delivery model
Has experience in team building and fostering a good team culture
Possess good written & oral communication skills
Work experience in healthcare insurance domain desirable
