People CMM

What is People CMM? What is the difference between PCMM and CMM/CMMi?
If an organization is already CMM/CMMi certified does it go for PCMM ceritifcation or assessment?

I dont think P-CMM assessment is dependent on CMM or CMMI. You can take it even if you dont have CMMI certification. Also it does not always go for P-CMM after CMM or CMMI.
As for the differences you can gather from above ppt and make one yourself . And maybe post here :)
