QA VIDEO TRAINING AND SOFTWARE

i want to learn QA testing.

so first i am telling you that i dont know anything about this course so i wanna know the course subject and also prerequiest for this and also want full video training cd or dvd sothat i can download this video training and watch anytime and also want software for testing so that i can do the practical and increse my confidence too and then after preparationg, i will give exam too and make a career in this field.

basically, i am from IT field but now i wanna move in software from networking.
