Quality Leadership questions

Mr DoLittle is the MIS chief of your organization. Mr DoLittle has decided to make quality the number one objective of the dept. To accomplish this, DoLittle set some very specific quality goals including improved customer satisfaction and reduced defect rates. To accomplish this, Mr.DoLittle established a documentation librarian to assure that all documentation meets standards. Mr.DoLittle requires computer operations to review all new systems and changes prior to turnover to ensure they meet standards. Mr.DoLittle has also established an independent test group to validate that all systems function correctly prior to turning them over to production.
