Right time for implementing any Quality Model

If any organization is in start up phase(just six month old) do you think it is the right time to go for ISO implementation?Will it be effective?

Why not ?. You have to start following the processes and ensure quality right from start. Even though its 6 month old company you can still implement any of the Quality models.

Submitted by admin on May 7, 2008 - 9:22am.In the start ups, the focus of the management would be mainly on getting business & getting the product out into the market asap. So, I do not think, there would be much senior management support.
