Test Tool Selection, Test tool for tester without prog. knwlg

Hi!,
My name is Pradeep Hosbet. Presently i am woking as a Software QA Engg. in a Software Company. Our company is planning to go for Automated test tool very shortly [Presently we are doing manual testing].
So can you please suggest which tool is best for the applications developed in Java and VC++/C++. And some of our testers don't have any programming knowledge, so which tool would be easier for them to handle [which tool don't need any or much programming knowledge].
I would highly appreciate your advice in this regard.

Hi Pradeep,
What is your budget? I guess that is the most important criteria for selecting testing tools. The best tools available may not fit in your budget.
Also learning Testing automation scripts is mandatory. Programmers will have to learn how to write test scripts. If you just used a GUI based tool, you can do some basic testing, but while actually going through the test cycle you will realize that you need test scripting knowledge.
